We live in sacred times. Washed with water from all sides, so that we feel ourselves. So that we don’t (any longer) live under the cover of illusions, but really and at the moment here on Earth, as part of the infinite universe and its physical laws, which apply equally to everyone. Preparation, building and transforming into the New Man starts from ourselves. By our own work on ourselves, activity, and daily activity. (Re)Adjusting your frequencies is a conscious work, when done with a pure heart and driven by the inner voice, can beautifully implement deeply and create new information at the cellular level and rewrite our DNA. This journey requires effort, that every day we immerse ourselves for at least a moment, FOR OURSELVES.

That’s why this small “parallel universe” was created, into which you can also step.

In it you will find a lot of healing sound healings, shamanic journeys, mantras, healing music, and spoken meditations. Each healing meditation is unique and our author’s. (note: none of the meditations is copied, or has no previous author; you won’t find that here:))

Meditations vary in length. You can choose a shorter one in the morning and a longer one in the evening. Or the other way. Your daily mix is up to you and your intuition.
