Each one of us has most likely experienced a moment/s during our lives that was very physically or mentally demanding. Most often, these are serious physical injuries, fractures, operations, anesthesia, … Or unexpected sudden information about a terminal illness, death of a loved one, breakup, divorce, job loss, bankruptcy, or aggressive yelling of our parents at us when we were children… In these moments , on an energetic level, we literally transfer part of our life energy into space, in order to save ourselves, so that we don’t die or go crazy.
It is our natural, energetic protection mechanism. The aboriginals/native americans/natives say that in these moments we give away a part of our soul.
During this therapy, under certain procedures, we’re bringing back the lost life energy, which was not part of us for days/months/even many years. We give her the opportunity, if she wants to, to return back home 🌀
